In 1989, he won the parliamentary election (Lok Sabha) and was appointed as Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has the vision of innovation in education. Dr. Sanjeev Shrivastav obtained his Ph.D. degree from Rohilkhand University Bareilly while working on UGC fellowship. Based on this study he has written a book 'The Urban Transition' which was published by Arch Publishers, New Delhi.He is also an Alumnus of Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad and Member Advisory Board of LBSIM Delhi.
He worked for the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), New Delhi on the project "Urban Poverty in India" of National Commission on Urbanisation, Union Ministry of Urban Development. He also worked on "Urbanisation and its Collateral Impact on Indian Society". He is actively associated with several social and developmental organizations initiated by the government and voluntary organizations. Dr. Roshan Lal Raina was a Professor in the Communication Group at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML), where he has also successfully initiated and handled activities in areas like Corporate Communication, Media Relations, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs. Through his initiatives in Media Management and Corporate Communication, branding and image building exercise, IIML received a big boost and it started being ranked at number 1, 2 or 3 from relatively very lower ranks.
Dr. Raina is credited with building and managing state-of-the-art and world-class academic infrastructure, including the learning resource center at IIML. Dr. Raina has also been responsible for contributing to building academic collaborations (student - teacher exchange) with benchmarked institutions abroad. Among several distinguished assignments, Dr. Raina has successfully handled, holding the position of Director at the prestigious Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi for three years (2005-2008) deserves a special mention. Apart from being an able institution builder, Dr. Raina's contributions in academic and administrative matters are many and varied. On the academic front, besides the regular teaching load in the areaof Communication for Management,he has had several prestigious assignments in educational institutes in US, UK, France, Germany, and Canada. Reputed organizations like the Fulbright Foundation (USA), the British Council (UK), the Max Mueller Bhawan (Germany), the ESCP-EAP (France), and the IDRC (Canada) sponsored these assignments.
At home, too, he has worked for the Ministry of Agriculture, DSIR, and CSIR all under GOI. In terms of research, he has authored 3 and edited 10 best selling books, and has made significant contributions (65 research papers in all to-date) in several peer-reviewed national and international journals: the areas include Corporate& Media Relations, TQM, IT Applications, HRM and Marketing in the Information Sector. He has also presented 118 papers in national and international conferences/seminars floated by reputed organizations, universities included. He is on the editorial board of two professional journals in the country.
As a highly respected trainer in the corporate as well as academic world, Dr. Raina has been heavily involved in conducting innovative and need-based management development programmes and workshops, particularly in areas like Effective Communication; Corporate Communication; Media Management; TQM; IT applications; Marketing; etc. and these have been highly appreciated by the participants as well as their sponsors. Shri Rajeev Dubey studied Economics at St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, and at Delhi School of Economics. He has recently acquired the GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society of HR Management USA.

Dr. Subho Chattopadhyay is a UGC-NET qualified Management teacher and academician with interest in the areas of Marketing and Brand Development. During his career as a management teacher, he has conducted MDPs and has been a resource person for training programmes conducted for the Ministry of MSME, Army Officers, University teachers, Chartered Accountants and entrepreneurs. During his academic career, he has presented several research papers at national and international conferences. Besides three books authored by him, his published work includes research papers in national and international journals, articles in magazines and chapters in books. He is teaching in the areas of Marketing and International Business and is actively involved in guiding PhD scholars in their doctoral research. For his contribution to academics and for his endeavour in the development of students, he received the “Best Citizens of India” Award from International Publishing House, New Delhi in the year 2017. In July 2019, World Education Congress conferred on him the award of “100 Most Dedicated Professors”. He is also the recipient of Dewang Mehta National Education Award 2019 for the "Best Professor in Marketing Studies".
