Shri Anil Shastri son of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri, second Prime Minister of India graduated in Economics from St. Stephen College, Delhi and did Advanced Management Programme from Ashridge Management College, U.K.

He has done General Management Programme from Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad and Business Management Programme from Tata Management Training Centre, Pune. He has served the corporate world for around two decades at very senior positions.

In 1989, he won the parliamentary election (Lok Sabha) and was appointed as Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has the vision of innovation in education. He is associated with various Educational and Social Institutions and their programmes. He is Chairman, Board of Governors, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management & Technology, Bareilly and also the Chairman, Board of Governors, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Technology & Management, Indore. He is General Secretary and Treasurer of Lal Bahadur Shastri Sewa Niketan, Delhi and Holding Trustee of Lal Bahadur Shastri National Memorial Trust, Delhi. He is President of Hindustani Chetna Manch, Delhi. Shri Shastri is actively involved in political activities of Indian National Congress as Special Invitee, Congress Working Committee and Chairman, Hindi Department. Shri Anil Shastri is widely traveled both in India and abroad.

Dr. Sanjeev Shrivastav – Vice Chairman

Educationist and Social activist

Dr. Sanjeev Shrivastav obtained his Ph.D. degree from Rohilkhand University Bareilly while working on UGC fellowship. Based on this study he has written a book 'The Urban Transition' which was published by Arch Publishers, New Delhi.He is also an Alumnus of Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad and Member Advisory Board of LBSIM Delhi.

He worked for the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), New Delhi on the project "Urban Poverty in India" of National Commission on Urbanisation, Union Ministry of Urban Development. He also worked on "Urbanisation and its Collateral Impact on Indian Society". He is actively associated with several social and developmental organizations initiated by the government and voluntary organizations. The roles include Managing Director, Tuff Equipments Ltd., Promoter Director at Dr. G.K. Shrivastav Hospital Pvt. Ltd, Managing Partner in Vimgiri Associates, and Former President, Central UP Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Bareilly.

Dr. R.L. Raina – Member

Dr. Roshan Lal Raina was a Professor in the Communication Group at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML), where he has also successfully initiated and handled activities in areas like Corporate Communication, Media Relations, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs. Through his initiatives in Media Management and Corporate Communication, branding and image building exercise, IIML received a big boost and it started being ranked at number 1, 2 or 3 from relatively very lower ranks.

Dr. Raina is credited with building and managing state-of-the-art and world-class academic infrastructure, including the learning resource center at IIML. Dr. Raina has also been responsible for contributing to building academic collaborations (student - teacher exchange) with benchmarked institutions abroad. Among several distinguished assignments, Dr. Raina has successfully handled, holding the position of Director at the prestigious Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi for three years (2005-2008) deserves a special mention. Apart from being an able institution builder, Dr. Raina's contributions in academic and administrative matters are many and varied. On the academic front, besides the regular teaching load in the areaof Communication for Management,he has had several prestigious assignments in educational institutes in US, UK, France, Germany, and Canada. Reputed organizations like the Fulbright Foundation (USA), the British Council (UK), the Max Mueller Bhawan (Germany), the ESCP-EAP (France), and the IDRC (Canada) sponsored these assignments.

At home, too, he has worked for the Ministry of Agriculture, DSIR, and CSIR all under GOI. In terms of research, he has authored 3 and edited 10 best selling books, and has made significant contributions (65 research papers in all to-date) in several peer-reviewed national and international journals: the areas include Corporate& Media Relations, TQM, IT Applications, HRM and Marketing in the Information Sector. He has also presented 118 papers in national and international conferences/seminars floated by reputed organizations, universities included. He is on the editorial board of two professional journals in the country.

As a highly respected trainer in the corporate as well as academic world, Dr. Raina has been heavily involved in conducting innovative and need-based management development programmes and workshops, particularly in areas like Effective Communication; Corporate Communication; Media Management; TQM; IT applications; Marketing; etc. and these have been highly appreciated by the participants as well as their sponsors. His assignment of conducting a four-week Advanced Management Programme for Senior Executives (GMs and above) of ONGC, that included a two-week overseas learning component - OLC - (to Europe) deserves a special mention here.Concurrently, he has been involved in consulting and research assignments awarded by the JSI, Deliver,USA, IDRC, Canada, The Johns Hopkins University/Centre for Communication Programms, Baltimore,USA, the UP State Electricity Board (in connection with an injunction from the Apex Court), and the MHRD(GOI).

On an invitation from Hyundai Motor India Ltd., Dr. Raina visited Korea during April 26 to May 02, 2009 as part of "Goodwill Trip for Opinion Makers from Various Strata of Indian Society". Dr. Raina is a life member of several professional bodies in the country and holds the unique distinction of having bagged three of the top professional honors/awards.

Shri Rajeev Dubey studied Economics at St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, and at Delhi School of Economics. He went on to do his MBA from the Yale School of Management, USA as a J N Tata scholar, and was selected as a Distinguished Alumnus of the School. He has recently acquired the GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society of HR Management USA.

In addition, he is Chairman of the Sustainabilty Council and CSR Council of the Group, a Member of the Corporate Governance Cell and Member of the Governing Council of the Mahindra Institute of Quality. His key focus areas are HR / IR initiatives for Mahindra Group, the After-Market business vertical, Corporate Communications / Infrastructure / CSR / Sustainability.

Apart from being a Member of the Group Management Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., ShriDubey is on the boards of several group companies. He joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in January, 2004 after a career spanning 29 years in the Tata Group, which he joined in 1975 as a member of the TAS, the central managerial cadre of the Tata Group. He spent 21 years with Tata Steel, and the next 7 years as Managing Director and CEO first of Tata Metaliks and then of Rallis India. ShriDubey is associated in his professional capacity with a number of prestigious institutes and committees. He is President of the Mumbai Chapter of the National HRD Network. He also serves on the CII National Committee of Indian MNCs, the CII Apex Council on Affirmative Action and the CII Western Regional Council.

Dr. Bharat Bhaskar – Member

Prof. Bharat Bhaskar is director of IIM Raipur. Prior to taking up this leadership role, he was the Professor of Information Technology & Systems at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow since 1998. He received his B. E. (Electronics & Comm. Engg.) fromUniversity of Roorkee, India, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, USA.

His key research interests include Agent Based Electronic Commerce Negotiations, Personalized Recommendation System Distributed Heterogeneous Database Management Systems, Query Optimization in Distributed and Parallel DBMSs, Internet Applications in Business and Electronic Commerce, Agent Based Electronic Commerce and Data Warehousing.

He has a lot of professional awards including ASIA's Best Professor of Information Technology 2010 CMO Council, Singapore and Wall Street Journal, Business School Awards in Singapore, Best Professor of Information Technology 2008 Dewang Mehta Business School Awards at Asia Brand Summit 2008. Best Research Paper, McMaster World Congress 2004, Hamilton, Canada, Scroll of Honour (2001), for exemplary services in the field of Information Technology, by Rotary Club of India (Lucknow), Research Productivity Award (for 1994) National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA), USA. He has several research papers published in journals of national and international repute.
